2. Informational site and demo
The site explains the Project Intelligence / PI247 offering and hosts a fictional-client demonstration (Nordwatt). Content is for information and conversation purposes. It is not a binding offer, not legal advice, and not a substitute for a scoped engagement agreement.
3. Public demo rules
- The Nordwatt vault and Ask interface use synthetic project data for demonstration.
- Do not upload or paste personal data, credentials, or real client confidential information into the demo.
- We may rate-limit, modify, or discontinue the demo without notice.
- Demo outputs can be incomplete or incorrect; do not rely on them for operational decisions.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, logos, and software presented here are owned by Onyx Dynamics Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape at scale, or redistribute materials except as allowed by mandatory law or with prior written consent.
5. Third-party sites
Links to Energy-Data.io, dataciders, LinkedIn, Microsoft Bookings, and other third parties are subject to those parties’ own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site or demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Engagements
Paid Project Intelligence work is governed by a separate contract (statement of work / services agreement). These website terms do not set fees, SLAs, or data-processing terms for client deployments.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
